 Lucy’s eyes are alert, her mouth is determined, and her curly hair begs to be petted!  Painting those aspects of this project will bring Lucy alive for you to enjoy.  She is painted using Prismacolor Colored pencils on 11 x 14 Light Blue Canson Mi-Teintes paper.  The packet contains 6 photos, instructions for the project, general colored pencil instructions and a line drawing.
