The Nupastels and the pastel pencils are considered a hard pastels. They are available in art stores. If you don't have a store near you, there are many online art stores. The surface is aCanson Mi-Teintes paper, 12"x16. This packet includes complete step-by-step instructions, a line drawing, 4 photos, and a value map.
