It is difficult to keep your dress from getting wet when dancing amongst the incoming waves, but it is definitely worth the effort!  This colored pencil project is done on MiTeintes paper using Prismacolor pencils. Both the pencils and the paper can be purchased at Michaels or most other art stores.  Step by step instructions, photos, line drawing, and a value map are included in the packet.  Beginners should be able to complete this project.
